Shipping Rates and Policy
We ship Monday 9am-Friday 3pm EST. Our policy is that orders go out 1-2 business days and are NOT guaranteed to go out same day. If you order on a Friday it is not guaranteed to be ship Friday even with our 2pm (EST) cut off time. There are no exceptions as our drop shipping facility is closed on weekends. We do not Ship on holidays so if you order on a Friday holiday weekend your order may not ship until Tuesday after the Monday holiday.

Sept through December Retail: 1-3 business day lead time due to harvest and holidays
Your Shipment will come from Our Utah or Florida Warehouse. Charge on your bank statement will be from “NF Skin”
HempGenix.us utilizes live shipping quotes for any shipment within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories. Upgraded shipping services are available at an additional cost, and are listed during the checkout process. International orders are available, also utilizing live shipping quotes. The following list is a list of countries that we know will allow our products into the country: United States, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Northern Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, U.S. Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Wales.
Even if you do live in one of these countries, we cannot guarantee that the package will make it, and international ordering is done at the risk of the customer. Packages held by their country’s customs on purpose or by mistake are the responsibility of the customer and Hempgenix is not responsible for these actions. Once the international package leaves our facility all responsibility is on the purchasing company or individual. We are not able to keep up with changes in international law, and will adjust our site on an ongoing to attempt to reflect to current ability to ship to certain countries. If you have a package held by customs, you will want to contact customs in your country. Most often a piece of info is incorrect or missing for them to send the package on it’s way. We are not liable for any Taxes for payments you will need to pay to customs or government officials to receive your package.
All shipments are sent via the US Postal Service for Domestic, USPS,UPS, and DHL or Fedex for International Shipping.
Raw Materials (FSO Oil and isolates): lead time 10-14 days during months Sept-December, January-August 4-7 days
Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 24 hours of receipt of package.
We take our customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and manufactured according to the best practices in the world. We strive to provide the best customer support to ensure you are happy with your products.
During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your understanding and acknowledgement related to the contents and ingredients of the products you have ordered. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
We are committed to complete compliance with the US FDA regulations. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to the benefits of any of our products. You are able to do independent research and draw your own conclusions and opinions as to any health benefits that these products might provide.
Refunds or replacement shipments will be made under the following circumstances:
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. The outer carton of the shipment will always receive some amount of wear and tear, but there are situations where the damage is severe enough to cause damage to the contents of the box, such that the product has become unusable. In these cases, please place your claim for damaged product within 72 hours of receipt. Please contact us and provide detailed information and photographs is possible related to the product damaged during shipping. Dose of Nature will either issue a refund for that product, or provide a replacement shipment per your request. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5 business days from the time of notification to Dose of Nature, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order.
PRODUCT QUALITY COMPLAINT
If for any reason the product which you receive is defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact Hemp Genix as soon as possible. You will be offered with an option for a full refund of that product or the option to have a replacement product shipped to you at no cost. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time of notification to Hemp Genix, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order. Product quality complaint must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
RETURNING UNUSED, SEALED PRODUCT
Refunds will be issued for products which can be returned to our warehouse unused and still in their original sealed condition. Please email or call Hempgenix for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Instructions on returning the product will be given you at that time. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. No restocking fees will be charged by Hempgenix. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of product return to Hempgenix, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order. Refunds will be subject to detect any shipping fees Hempgenix spent of free shipping. In order to be eligible for a return or refund for any reason, the product must be returned within 15 days from original order date.
Product exchanges will not be accepted. You may return any unopened product for a full refund, and place an order for the new products you wish to purchase.
You may cancel an order at any time without penalty until the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for following the procedures related to Returning Unused, Sealed Products. Any Refunds due will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the return of product to Hemp Genix, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order. If the order is cancelled before shipment, the payment will be cancelled within 1 business day.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for products which have been opened, unless there is a Product Quality issue related to that product that can be verified.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS REJECTED AT CUSTOMS
No refunds will be issued for products which are rejected for import at Customs of any country, unless they are returned to Hemp Genix in sellable condition. Ultimately the customer must take responsibility for ensuring legal compliance with the Customs enforcement agency of their country before ordering. If a shipment is returned to Hemp Genix for any reason, the product cost of the shipment will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
